I’m preparing to put up a three-bedroom apartment and I’m looking for a reliable team of construction workers who can take the project all the way from breaking ground through to the final interior touches. This means handling everything normally split into separate crews—foundation and framing, roofing and siding, and the complete interior finishing—until the unit is ready for move-in.

I don’t yet have a finished set of architectural drawings, so I’ll also need guidance (or a referral) to get working plans produced and signed off before we start. If you have an in-house architect or a trusted partner you usually collaborate with, let me know; integrating that design support will speed things up.

Key expectations
• Manage site prep, pour the foundation, erect the frame, install roof and exterior siding.
• Carry the build inside: insulation, drywall, flooring, fixtures, and final paint.
• Coordinate with—or help provide—an architect to generate permit-ready drawings and make any tweaks as construction progresses.
• Keep the schedule and quality transparent: regular progress updates, clear milestone checks, and photos or walkthrough videos at each stage.
