Freelancer Needed — Kids Cartoon Series

I’m looking for a freelancer or creative partner to help me build a kids’ cartoon series from the ground up.

I’m a complete beginner and this is my first time creating an animated series. I don’t have a coding or professional animation background, but I’ve already started developing the project using ChatGPT, HeyGen, Long Videos AI and other AI tools.

So far, I’ve been working on the characters, families, locations, story ideas and episode scripts. Now I need someone experienced who can help me turn these ideas into good-quality finished cartoon episodes.

I need help with:

* Character animation and expressions
* Creating scenes and environments
* Video production and editing
* Lip-sync and voices
* Background music and sound effects
* Choosing the right animation/AI tools
* Creating a simple and efficient production workflow
* Advising me on what can be done with AI and where professional software may be better

I’m not sure if the tools I’m currently using are enough for the quality I want, so I’m looking for someone who can guide me and recommend the best approach, rather than expecting me to already know the technical side.

This is intended to be a long-term project. I want to start small, learn the process, create episodes consistently, and gradually build the series into a professional children’s animation brand.

My initial budget is limited, so I’m looking for someone who is comfortable starting small and potentially growing with the project over time.
