END-TO-END FID AUTOMATION + WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT

I run Smiling Money School, a financial education business focused on helping people work toward their Financial Independence Day (FID) and better financial preparedness for expected and unexpected life events.

I need an experienced freelancer to develop and integrate my complete FID lead-to-customer automation system.

→ Google Sheets / CRM
→ WhatsApp Business/API Confirmation
→ FID Group Session (Zoom/Google Meet)

→ Automated Follow-up

REQUIRED WORK:

1. Develop/integrate the FID landing page on my existing website.
2. Create/connect the FID registration form.
3. Capture lead name, email and phone number.
4. Send form data automatically to n8n through webhook.
5. Store leads automatically in Google Sheets or CRM without duplicate records.
6. Integrate WhatsApp Business/API for confirmation and reminders.
7. Integrate Zoom or Google Meet for the FID group session.
8. Automate session reminders and attendance tracking.
9. Integrate calendar booking for 1-to-1 financial sessions.
10. Prevent double booking and respect my existing calendar availability.
11. Connect payment/follow-up automation where required.
12. Provide complete n8n workflows and documentation.
13. All integrations must be configured inside my own accounts.

IMPORTANT EXPECTATIONS:

- No unnecessary manual data transfer.
- Lead data should reach Google Sheets/CRM automatically.
- WhatsApp automation should reliably trigger when the required API, template and consent conditions are satisfied.
- Failed automation/message events should have proper error handling and logging.
- The system must be secure and maintainable.
- I must have access to all workflows, integrations and accounts.
- The freelancer must explain the complete system after development.

TESTING / COMPLETION:

The project will be considered complete when a test lead can successfully run through the agreed workflow:

Landing page → Registration → n8n → Google Sheets/CRM → WhatsApp → FID Group Session → 1-to-1 Booking → Payment/Follow-up.

The freelancer should have practical experience with n8n, webhooks, WhatsApp Business/API, Google Sheets, CRM integrations, WordPress/website development, calendar automation and Zoom/Google Meet.
