I need to launch an evidence-based nutrition package for our chronic kidney disease patients at DHQ Hospital Mirpur and I want it finished as soon as possible. The focus is strictly renal care, so every element you prepare must align with a low-protein approach while still addressing sodium, phosphorus and potassium control. Although my day-to-day work also touches diabetes and cardiovascular cases, this assignment is 100 % about kidney diseases.
Here is what I expect you to hand over:
• A 7-day rotating menu that keeps total protein within the recommended grams-per-kilogram range for stages 3-5 CKD, with full macro- and micronutrient analysis
• Individualised meal-plan templates I can quickly tailor to different calorie levels
• Simple counselling handouts (Urdu and English) that explain the “why” behind each restriction and offer culturally familiar food swaps
• A brief implementation guide for nursing staff so they understand portion sizes, fluid limits and monitoring points
Acceptance criteria
• All nutrient calculations must reference current KDOQI or equivalent guidelines and cite them.
• Local Pakistani ingredients and typical hospital kitchen inventory are reflected in recipes.
• Files are delivered in editable formats (Word/Excel) and ready for immediate printing.
If you can meet these points right away, let’s get started—I’m ready to review the first draft the moment it lands in my inbox.
