Manually Convert Editable PDF to Fully Editable Word Document

I need an experienced freelancer to manually convert an editable PDF document into a fully editable Microsoft Word file.

This is a simple task, but accuracy is very important. I do not want an automatic PDF-to-Word conversion because it can disturb the layout and formatting.

The Word document must closely match the original PDF, including:

All text in the correct position

Tables and columns properly recreated

Headings, spacing, alignment, and formatting maintained

Text placed correctly inside each column/section

Images, shapes, and other elements positioned accurately

Everything must remain fully editable in Microsoft Word
