Keap CRM Website Integration

A brand-new website is going live and every form, click and download has to feed straight into Keap so visitors are instantly welcomed, tagged and nurtured. The core task is to plan and implement the strategic link between site and CRM with engagement-boosting automation at its heart.

Here’s what needs to happen:
• Map each website touch-point (landing pages, lead magnets, contact forms) to the right Keap tags, custom fields and goals.
• Build email marketing automations that fire as soon as a visitor converts—welcome series, behavioural follow-ups and re-engagement loops.
• Ensure data moves seamlessly and in real time via Keap’s API, webhooks or Zapier, eliminating manual entry.
• Provide a clear, testable hand-off: a sample lead submitted on the site must appear in Keap with correct tag, trigger its email sequence and show in the pipeline within 60 seconds.

You’ll have full access to the site CMS and Keap app, and will work with the founder (UK timzone).
