Kajabi and Email Automation Setup

I’m ready to streamline my wellness coaching business and want Kajabi working for me—without constant manual input. All course videos, PDFs, and resources are already created; what I need is a specialist who can load everything into Kajabi, structure the modules, connect payments, and drop the corresponding email sequences in the right spots so students receive them automatically.

Weekly communication is the lifeblood of my program, so once the course is live, I’d like you to schedule ongoing broadcast emails inside Kajabi that pull from my existing copy bank and go out every week without fail.

I’m also weighing Trainerize (or a comparable platform) for client workouts and check-ins. If it fits, I’d appreciate your advice on the best way to integrate it and, if approved, have you build the key automations there as well.

Deliverables
• Kajabi course fully built and published, including payment gateway, sales page, and automated email funnel
• Weekly broadcast email schedule set up inside Kajabi
• Initial Trainerize (or similar) workspace configured with basic client-onboarding and progress-tracking automations (subject to platform selection)
• Short Loom or screen-share walkthrough so I can manage minor edits independently
