Junior Marketer for Online Product Growth

I’m looking for a motivated marketing student, intern, or junior digital marketer to help me grow an online product.

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to build real experience and have their work directly connected to sales and growth.

What you’ll do
- Develop and test digital marketing ideas
- Create/promote content for social media
- Identify potential customers and audiences
- Test organic growth strategies
- Research competitors and market trends
- Help improve conversion and sales
- Track results and suggest new experiments
Who I’m looking for

- You don't need years of experience. I’m particularly interested in someone who is:
- Studying marketing, business, media, or a related subject
- A junior marketer looking to build a portfolio
- Creative and proactive
- Comfortable experimenting and learning
- Interested in performance-based marketing
Compensation
- £100/month fixed budget
- 30% commission on sales directly attributable to your marketing work
- Commission structure and attribution will be agreed clearly before starting.

The initial engagement can be a short trial period, with the possibility of continuing if we work well together and achieve good results.
