I have a set of scanned invoices saved as JPEG images and I need every detail typed manually into an Excel spreadsheet. The job is straightforward but accuracy is non-negotiable—dates, invoice numbers, vendor names, item descriptions, quantities, unit prices, taxes, subtotals and grand totals must mirror the originals exactly.

The spreadsheet should be neatly structured with clear column headers, one invoice per row, currency cells formatted as currency and dates in YYYY-MM-DD. Empty source fields stay blank; everything else is filled in. Once the data is entered, please run a quick validation pass (sums and a random spot-check) so the file balances against the source totals.

Some images are a little faint, so experience reading imperfect scans will help. I will share the JPEGs via a secure drive and remain available for any clarifications along the way.

Deliverable
• A single, fully-formatted .xlsx file containing the complete, verified data set.
