This is not a marketing role. It's the operational engine behind three very different consumer brands in personal care, home goods, and better-for-you food. You'll own the systems, reporting, inventory planning, and cross-channel coordination that keep the brands running every day across DTC (Shopify), subscription, and Amazon.
Think of it as the #2 seat on a small, fast-moving brand team. You'll keep operations tight, flag risks before they become problems, and free up the Brand Manager to focus on high-leverage decisions. You won't be siloed on one brand. You'll go wherever the portfolio needs operational horsepower most, so you'll learn in one year what usually takes three.
What You'll Do
Inventory & Operations

Own inventory tracking, demand planning, and reorder cadence across DTC, subscription, and Amazon

Coordinate with suppliers, co-packers, and 3PLs to keep stock flowing and SKUs healthy

Build and maintain daily/weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecasts

Spot risks early and keep the Brand Manager informed

Subscription Operations

Support recurring-revenue operations: cadence, swaps, and upcoming-order management

Forecast subscription and one-time demand together so stock covers both

Report on active subscribers, churn, and retention

Amazon

Run day-to-day Seller Central / Vendor Central operations: listings, inventory, and case management

Monitor Buy Box, listing health, reviews, and account performance

Support advertising operations, promotions, and FBA inbound planning

Project Management & Marketing Support

Own task management and coordination across multiple brands at once

Help plan and execute product launches and campaigns

Coordinate influencer partnerships, draft social/email content and creative briefs, and QA landing pages and ads

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics, ideally at a consumer brand, 3PL, or manufacturer

Real inventory experience: reorder points, lead times, safety stock, sell-through, SKU-level health

Demand planning skills: building forecasts, sizing POs, balancing stock across channels

Experience managing vendors such as suppliers, co-packers, 3PLs, or freight forwarders

Comfort with ops systems: inventory platforms (Cin7, NetSuite, or similar), 3PL portals, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, subscription tools (Recharge, Skio, or similar), and heavy spreadsheet work

Strong written and verbal English

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed. You see what needs to happen and you do it

Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously across more than one brand at a time

Benefits

A real seat at the table. You'll do meaningful work with visibility, not busywork.

Three businesses, not one. You'll get broad, fast learning across very different categories.

Early-stage opportunity. If you join now, you'll grow with the platform and get opportunities that won't exist later.
