Joomla Developer for Website Assessment and Improvement

I need an experienced Joomla developer to assess an existing business website, www.workbridgelink.com, hosted on Bluehost and currently running Joomla 4.4.6.

The website is operational. A recent problem caused public page links to return 404 errors because the active .htaccess file was missing Joomla URL-rewriting rules. Those rules have been restored, and a test referral submitted through the public website successfully reached our separate OMS system. The reason the rules disappeared remains unknown.

The website still has formatting issues: uneven navigation alignment, stray text above the header, and a missing breadcrumb icon.

The first milestone is a fixed-price assessment:
- Review Joomla, PHP, template and extension versions and compatibility.
- Identify the causes of the layout defects.
- Investigate the recent .htaccess change using available hosting records.
- Assess backups and provide a prioritized repair and upgrade plan, with costs and timing.

Repairs and upgrades will be a separately approved milestone. They must include a full file and database backup, testing on a staging copy, and a rollback plan before live deployment.

The public website embeds a referral form from a separate OMS application. Preserve that integration. Changes to the OMS application are outside this project.

Please provide two recent Joomla upgrade or maintenance examples, your approach to staging and rollback, your availability, and your fixed price for the initial assessment. Clear English communication is important. Remote and offshore developers are welcome. Ongoing maintenance may follow.
