I’m deep into building Skillora, a platform that lets homeowners across Uzbekistan discover and hire trusted construction pros while giving masters a place to showcase their craft. The backend is already in motion, yet turning a working prototype into a real company takes more than code, so I’m opening the doors to a handful of driven co-founders and early team members.

Whether your focus is frontend or mobile development, UI/UX, marketing & SMM, or sales and business development, what matters most is the motivation to ship, learn, and own problems end-to-end. If you see yourself wearing multiple hats and growing with the product, you’ll fit right in. Leadership experience, past startup exposure, or solid technical chops are welcome bonuses, but none of them beats genuine responsibility and the will to build something that lasts.
