I’m looking for reliable and detail-oriented **Job Application Support Specialists** to help me apply for relevant professional opportunities across the U.S. job market.
My primary focus is **quality and results, not the number of applications submitted**.
### What You’ll Do
* Search for relevant U.S.-based job opportunities that match my background and target roles.
* Submit applications accurately using the resume and information I provide.
* Follow application instructions carefully and avoid duplicate or irrelevant applications.
* Keep a simple record of the positions you apply to.
* Focus on opportunities with a strong chance of moving forward in the hiring process.
### Payment Structure
This is a **performance-based project**.
**Payment: $10 for each qualified application that results in a genuine next-step request from the employer.**
A qualified next step may include:
* Recruiter or HR screening request
* Phone/video interview invitation
* Hiring manager interview
* Technical interview or assessment
* Other clear communication from the employer showing interest in continuing the hiring process
Simply submitting an application does **not** qualify for payment. The goal is to generate real employer interest and next-step opportunities.
### What I’m Looking For
The ideal person:
* Has experience with U.S. job boards and application processes
* Understands how to identify jobs that strongly match a candidate’s experience
* Is careful when completing application forms
* Can work independently and consistently
* Prioritizes application quality and relevance over volume
* Does not use false information or misrepresent qualifications
