Extract PDF Tables to Excel

I have a PDF that holds fewer than five separate tables. Each table combines regular text with small illustrative images. I need every piece of written data transferred faithfully into a single, well-structured Excel workbook while the images are pulled out and saved individually.

Here is what I expect:
• One .xlsx file that mirrors the original table layout, keeps the same column headings, and preserves the order of all rows. Basic formatting such as bold headers and wrapped text will make it easy to read.
• A companion folder containing each extracted image, clearly named so I can see at a glance which row or cell it came from.

Accuracy is the priority, so please proof your work before sending it back. I will share the PDF immediately after we agree to proceed and would like the completed files returned within 24 hours.
