Java Full-Stack Enhancement Lead Needed for remote work at 8 pm to 2:30 am IST time.

We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and enterprise application architecture. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance applications across both backend and frontend technologies.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can translate business requirements into robust software architecture, guide development teams, define technical standards, and design efficient database models from business requirements and ER diagrams.
Experience: 12+ years minimum

Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end enterprise software architecture for web applications.
Lead backend development using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
Architect and guide frontend development using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.

Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
Design database schemas, ER diagrams, normalization strategies, and optimized data models.
Create architecture documents, technical specifications, and design documentation.
Ensure application scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
Review code, mentor development teams, and establish engineering best practices.
Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers throughout the SDLC.

Drive solution design, technical estimations, and architecture reviews.
Implement CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native deployment strategies.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and architectural improvements.
Must be from the India location and have to work on fixed time slot 8 pm ist to 2:30 am ist time.
