Japanese Casual Transcription and Voice-Over

I have an English script that needs to be translated into natural-sounding Japanese and recorded as a narration in a relaxed, conversational tone. Once you’ve translated the copy, record the voice-over in a quiet space with clear, balanced audio (WAV or high-bit-rate MP3 is fine).

Timing or lip-sync isn’t critical; what matters most is that the pacing feels smooth and listener-friendly. If you normally supply two or three takes of tricky lines, that would be appreciated.
