I run a growing janitorial services company and I’m ready to hand the phone work to a professional who can turn interest into booked walkthroughs with small-business owners. Your mission is simple: pick up the phone, speak with decision-makers, and lock in on-site appointments for me to present our cleaning solutions.
I already have a workable outline that covers our unique selling points, typical pain points, and pricing cues. You’ll refine that outline into a tight, confident script, then use it as a living document—tweaking language as you learn what resonates. Because we serve offices, clinics, day-care centers, and retail spaces under roughly 20,000 sq ft, you’ll be calling local small businesses where owners or managers answer directly.
You should be comfortable:
• Crafting a convincing opener and clear call-to-action
• Handling common objections about budget, contracts, or current cleaners
• Tracking calls in a basic CRM or spreadsheet and reporting daily progress
Deliverables I expect each week
- Polished script (first week only, then as updated)
- Call log with outcome details
- Calendar of confirmed appointments, complete with contact info and meeting notes
If you know your way around tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or even Google Sheets, that’s a plus, but I’m open to whatever you work fastest in. I care about results—consistent, qualified appointments I can walk into ready to close. Let’s talk if you can start dialing quickly and keep my calendar full.
