IT System Admin

An excellent opportunity for IT system admin came up with our client, a hospitality company based in Dubai:
What will you do?

Maintain essential IT operations, including operating systems, security tools, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, software, and hardware

Handle business-critical IT tasks and procedures that provide a commercial advantage in a global marketplace

Enable faster and more innovative business processes and implement analytics for meaningful insights

Monitor system performance to ensure everything runs smoothly and securely

Basic website design and development (Squarespace & Shopify)

Support different departments with basic graphic design work, printing material, etc.

Replace and upgrade defective or outdated components when necessary

Document any processes that employees need to follow in order to successfully work within our computing system

Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups

What are we looking for?

Min 2 yrs experience as an IT system admin in hospitality sector.

Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

Experience in managing and supporting servers, backup, and storage hardware

Knowledge in maintaining websites and SEO

Experience in systems monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

Strong command of MS Office & Google Workspace tools

Ability to prioritize a wide range of workloads with critical deadlines

Availability outside of working hours to resolve emergency issues promptly

Experience with both iOS and Apple products are MUST
