IT Support Specialist (Remote Team)

Support Swift Tech Co's growing distributed team with day-to-day IT needs, laptop provisioning, access management, and troubleshooting, entirely remotely, since there's no physical office to walk over to yet.

Responsibilities
• Triage and resolve internal IT tickets for a fully remote team
• Manage laptop provisioning, shipping, and offboarding for new and departing staff
• Administer Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
access and permissions
• Maintain internal documentation for common issues so people can self-serve
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements shipped to employees directly
