I’m building a same-day delivery service for cigars, alcohol, vaping accessories and confectionery that operates strictly within my city limits. I need a single code-base deployed to both iOS and Android so customers can place orders, pay securely and track the courier in real time.

Core build requirements
• Account system – email, mobile or social sign-ups with age verification for restricted goods.
• Live GPS map – customers see the driver’s location and ETA; drivers receive turn-by-turn directions.
• Integrated payments – Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay and cash-on-delivery toggle.
• Product catalogue with category filters (smoking items, spirits, beer, wine, snacks).
• Stock, distance and legal delivery radius checks before checkout.
• Push notifications at order confirmed, picked up and delivered.

Design preference
I’m after a modern, stylish look: dark theme with bold accent colours that echoes premium cigar lounges and upscale liquor stores. Smooth animations, crisp typography and intuitive bottom-tab navigation are essential.

Tech stack & integrations
I’m comfortable with Flutter or React Native, Firebase for auth and Firestore/SQL for the catalogue, but I’ll consider other cross-platform stacks if they meet App Store and Google Play guidelines for age-restricted goods. You’ll also need to implement the courier applet (simpler UI) within the same repo.

Deliverables
1. Source code with clear modular structure and README for local build.
2. Working TestFlight & Google internal test builds.
3. Basic admin panel (web or in-app) to add products, set delivery zones and view live orders.
4. Handover session plus 30-day bug-fix window.

If you’ve shipped location-based delivery apps before, especially those involving age verification, let’s discuss timeline and milestone breakdown.
