Kids Playcenter Event App

I’m building an all-in-one application that lets our playcenter team craft a personalized “birthday show” for every party and instantly hand the family a downloadable keepsake video.

Core flow
• From any PC, tablet or phone, the operator creates a new event, types the child’s name and age, then drags in photos from birth to today and short video greetings supplied by friends or relatives.
• The system stitches those assets with themed animations (boys, girls or unisex), a 5-to-1 visual countdown, an upbeat birthday song and AI-generated cameo wishes from famous athletes, artists or even politicians.
• During the party we can still pop in extra photos or clips on the fly; once the show ends, the final montage renders on the server and the family receives a link or QR code to download it.

Multi-platform expectations
The operator interface must work smoothly on iOS, Android and any modern browser. Guests scan a large screen QR code to read about the arena, redeem offers or fetch their video later.

Back-office needs
I need a secure backend where the owner and staff can:
• manage upcoming events, assigned screens and playback times
• upload or delete multimedia assets in bulk
• inject last-minute content while the slideshow is running
• view usage reports and basic revenue / engagement stats

Technical notes
Feel free to use proven stacks and libraries for cross-platform apps, real-time video rendering, QR generation and AI image synthesis—as long as everything stays intuitive for non-technical staff and delivers smooth 1080p output on large displays.
