iOS Ride-Sharing App Build

I need an end-to-end iOS ride-sharing application that seamlessly connects passengers with available drivers. The goal is to deliver a polished, production-ready app that can be submitted to the App Store and scaled later to additional platforms if the launch on iOS performs well.

The work covers everything from architecture and UI design to back-end services, driver-rider matching logic, and the integrations required for real-time communication, location services, and secure payments. I will provide wireframes, brand assets, and a feature-by-feature priority list once the project begins; your role is to turn those assets into a fast, stable, and intuitive native Swift project, supported by a reliable server stack (Firebase, AWS, or another solution you are comfortable with).

Deliverables
• Xcode project with clean, well-commented Swift code
• Working back-end with APIs for user auth, ride requests, and driver dispatch
• Basic admin panel or scripts for monitoring trips, users, and payments
• TestFlight build and assistance through App Store submission
• Post-launch bug-fix window (period to be agreed)

Quality benchmarks for acceptance:
• Build installs on the latest two iOS versions with zero critical crashes
• Location accuracy under 20 m and update latency below 3 s in live tests
• Passenger-driver match time under 10 s on a moderate cellular connection
• PCI-compliant payment flow that clears test transactions end-to-end
