Invoice Text Entry for Indians

I have a stack of scanned invoices and receipts that need to be re-typed exactly as they appear—no OCR, no copy-paste tricks, just clean, accurate text entry. The files are all image-based scans, so you’ll open each one, read the details, and key them into a simple spreadsheet I’ll provide.

Because this work involves familiar Indian invoice formats, I’m limiting the job to freelancers located in India, and I’m especially happy to give new profiles a chance to earn their first reviews. Accuracy is more important than speed, though I’d like steady daily progress once you get started.

You’ll receive:
• A Google Drive folder containing the scanned documents
• A spreadsheet template with clearly labeled columns for date, vendor, invoice number, line items, amounts, and taxes

Return the sheet to me each evening so I can spot-check entries and keep the workflow moving. If you maintain 100% legibility—matching spellings, figures, and punctuation from the original documents—you’ll hit the acceptance bar.

No specialized software is required beyond a PDF viewer and basic spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets). Let me know how soon you can begin and roughly how many invoices you can process per day.
