Accurate Digital Data Entry

I have a collection of PDF and Word files that need to be copied over with absolute accuracy into clean, editable form. Every character, number and line break must match the original, so a keen eye for detail is essential. Most of the material is straightforward text, but some pages include simple tables that should keep their structure once transferred.

You will receive the source files in batches, all digital, and I will tell you the preferred output format for each batch before you begin—sometimes Word, sometimes Excel, occasionally plain text. I simply need the content placed exactly where it belongs, free of typos and extra spaces, and ready for immediate use.

Please be comfortable with:
• Quickly navigating PDF viewers and Microsoft Word
• Copy-pasting or re-typing when OCR is unreliable
• Maintaining original formatting when required
• Naming files consistently so I can trace each source document

After each batch, deliver the completed files plus a brief checklist confirming you have double-checked page counts and formatting. Turnaround is flexible but steady progress updates (even a short note) help keep the project moving smoothly.
