Revamp YouTube Thumbnails & Titles

I’m refreshing a library of older YouTube uploads so they can finally pull the clicks and watch-time they deserve. Every existing thumbnail is mainly image-focused, and it shows in the flat engagement numbers. What I’m after now is a bright, colorful makeover that instantly pops in feeds and a set of punchy, keyword-savvy titles that give both viewers and the algorithm a clear reason to choose my videos first.

The core objective is higher viewer engagement—click-through rate and average view duration are the metrics I’ll be watching. To get there I need:

• A new, vibrant thumbnail with my yoga images on them of me for each video that follows YouTube’s 16:9 guidelines, keeps text minimal yet legible on mobile, and uses bold color palettes.
• A rewritten SEO title per video: natural, curiosity-driven, ≤70 characters, front-loaded with primary keywords discovered through tools like TubeBuddy or VidIQ.
• A simple tracker (Google Sheet or similar) showing old vs. new titles, plus direct links to the corresponding thumbnail files so I can batch-upload with ease.

If you prefer Photoshop, Canva, or any other design stack, that’s fine as long as the final PNG/JPGs remain under 2 MB each. Please include a short note on how many videos you can tackle per day and, if relevant, any A/B results you’ve achieved on other channels.

Once the first small batch is approved, we’ll roll out the same process to the rest of the archive. Looking forward to seeing these videos finally stand out.
