Investment BD Manager Needed

I’m looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who understands the investment side of the finance industry and can own the entire growth cycle from strategy through execution. Day-to-day you will research target segments, open doors to high-value prospects, nurture relationships, and convert them into committed investors or distribution partners. Solid command of market analysis techniques, persuasive pitch writing, and hands-on client acquisition are must-haves; the ability to structure and negotiate partnerships that strengthen our product offering is equally important.

You should already be comfortable working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, tracking your funnel with Excel or Google Sheets, and using LinkedIn Sales Navigator to uncover decision makers. My expectation is that you will bring a proven network or, at minimum, a clear plan for building one quickly in the investment arena.

Deliverables that will determine success:
• A 90-day business development roadmap with measurable milestones
• A continually updated pipeline report inside our chosen CRM
• At least three qualified investment leads converted into active opportunities within the first quarter
