Inventory Form With Excel Export

I would like a straightforward online form built so I can input numeric inventory data and have every record automatically grouped by product type. Once the information is saved, I need to be able to download the full dataset in Excel format with a single click.

To keep the process efficient, the form should validate that only numbers are entered where appropriate, store the submissions in a small database, and display a simple confirmation when a new item is logged. A clean, responsive interface is important because the form will be used on both desktop and tablet screens in the warehouse.
