Hiring: Bangladeshi International Recruitment Partner — IGSO

Organization: International General Science Olympiad (IGSO)
Position: International Student Recruitment & Booth Operations Partner
Eligibility: Bangladeshi citizens only
Compensation: 20% commission per eligible, verified registration
Goal: Recruit as many eligible participants as possible from different countries.

About IGSO

The International General Science Olympiad (IGSO) Preliminary Round will be conducted completely online through the official IGSO website.

We are looking for a proactive, independent, and well-organized Bangladeshi representative who can recruit international participants, coordinate registration and payments, and organize promotional activities and physical booths where feasible.

Responsibilities

1. International recruitment: Promote IGSO and recruit as many eligible participants as possible through schools, student communities, social media, educational networks, and other appropriate channels.
2. Registration assistance: Help interested students complete the official registration form accurately.
3. Country-specific registration fees: Registration fees vary by country. The official fee information will be provided by the IGSO executive after applicants contact us.
4. Payment collection and transfer: Coordinate payment collection through approved payment methods. Once a registration payment is received, transfer the full registration fee to the designated IGSO account immediately and share the transaction reference for verification. Do not deduct commission from the registration fee.
5. Physical promotion: Independently plan and arrange promotional booths, staffing, travel, and marketing activities where feasible.
6. Official group onboarding: Ensure registered participants are added to the appropriate official IGSO social media groups, with their consent, so they receive announcements and instructions.
7. Exam communication: Inform participants that the preliminary exam will take place on the official IGSO website. The exam link and relevant instructions will be shared through the official groups.
8. Transparent tracking: Maintain accurate records of registrations, countries, payment status, transaction references, group onboarding, and commission eligibility.
9. Professional conduct: Represent IGSO honestly, protect participants’ personal information, and follow the official registration and payment procedures.

Commission and Payment Terms

- Commission rate: 20% of the applicable registration fee actually received for each eligible, verified registration.
- Registration fees vary by country; the official fee schedule will be shared with applicants after they contact the IGSO executive.
- The representative must transfer the full registration fee immediately after receiving it, using the payment route approved by IGSO.
- Commission will be paid after the preliminary round has been successfully conducted online worldwide and the registration and payment records have been reconciled.
- No refunds are offered under the stated event policy. This policy must be clearly communicated to participants before they pay.
- The representative must cover their own recruitment, booth, travel, staffing, and promotional expenses. IGSO will not provide advance funding or reimburse these expenses unless separately agreed in writing.
- All collections and transfers must be documented and verifiable. The representative must not retain registration funds or deduct commission before transferring them.
- International payment methods must be lawful, supported, and approved by IGSO before recruitment begins.

Application Requirements — Read Carefully

Applicants must submit a detailed, step-by-step operational plan. Brief or vague applications may not be considered.

Your application must explain:

1. Recruitment strategy: How will you recruit the maximum number of participants? Explain your target countries, student groups, schools, online channels, and outreach methods.
2. Country-by-country plan: Which countries will you target first, why, and how will you reach students in each country?
3. Participant targets: How many registrations do you realistically aim to generate in the first week and throughout the recruitment period? Explain your reasoning.
4. Marketing plan: What promotional materials, messages, partnerships, and campaigns will you use?
5. Booth operations: In which countries or locations can you arrange physical booths? Explain how you will secure permission, arrange staffing, manage logistics, and cover expenses.
6. Registration assistance: How will you help students complete the official registration form and avoid errors or duplicate registrations?
7. International payment plan: Explain how participants in each target country will pay, how you will verify each payment, and how you will transfer the full amount immediately to the designated IGSO account. Identify the payment providers and any limitations. All methods must be approved before use.
8. Financial transparency: Explain how you will record each payment, provide transaction references, reconcile records, and ensure that every collected fee reaches IGSO in full.
9. Official group onboarding: How will you ensure registered participants join the appropriate official IGSO social media groups and receive the exam announcements and instructions?
10. Exam communication: How will you communicate the online exam process and direct participants to the official exam link shared through the official groups?
11. Timeline: Provide a detailed schedule for recruitment, promotional activities, payment coordination, and participant onboarding.
12. Risk management: Explain how you will handle payment delays, failed transactions, inaccurate registrations, and communication problems.
13. Experience and resources: Describe your relevant experience, student networks, available resources, and ability to operate independently.
14. Accountability: Explain how you will provide regular progress reports and allow the IGSO executive to verify registrations, collections, transfers, and commission calculations.

How to Apply

Send your detailed application directly to the IGSO executive. Include your name, confirmation of Bangladeshi citizenship, current location, active bKash account status, target countries, relevant experience, and your complete operational plan.

Applicants who pass the initial review will receive the applicable country-wise registration fee information and further official procedures.

Important: Do not begin collecting registration fees until IGSO has approved your payment method and provided the official fee schedule and designated receiving account. All payments must be handled transparently and in accordance with applicable payment-provider rules.

We are looking for someone ambitious, organized, transparent, and capable of building a strong international participant network for IGSO.
