International Memorial Zoom Production

I’m organising a live, online Celebration of Life and need an experienced Zoom producer to keep every technical detail running smoothly. The gathering will last about 1–2 hours, bringing together family and friends around the world. Throughout the call we’ll alternate between 4–6 live speakers, tribute videos, background music, and a short photo slideshow.

Your job is to handle the full run-of-show so attendees can focus on sharing memories, not troubleshooting microphones. You’ll cue and share each media element at the right moment, spotlight speakers, manage screen-shares, handle participant muting, and recover quickly from any hiccups.

Deliverables I’m expecting:
• A brief planning call to review the sequence and collect media files.
• A clear run-sheet confirming timing for each speaker, video, song, and slide segment.
• A 10-15 minute tech rehearsal with all speakers.
• Live production and hosting support during the event, including recording the session.
• A downloadable recording link (cloud or local) provided within 24 hours.
