Interior Student 3D Modeling Help

I’m currently refining a studio assignment and I need a skilled 3D modeler to turn my interior layouts into clean, accurately scaled digital models. The design itself is still evolving, so the room type may shift between residential and light-commercial; I just need someone comfortable adapting as the concept settles.

Please show me a few pieces of past work that demonstrate your modeling quality, texturing, and lighting skills—links or images are fine. I work in SketchUp and Revit at school, but I’m open to you using 3ds Max, Blender, Rhino, or any other professional tool as long as the final files import smoothly.

Deliverables
• A fully textured, true-to-scale 3D model (native file + FBX or OBJ)
• 3–5 high-resolution still renders that capture the main viewpoints
• One round of minor revisions after I review the first draft

Acceptance criteria
• Geometry matches the provided floor plan within ±2 cm
• Materials correspond to the finish schedule I’ll supply
• Lighting balanced for realistic but neutral presentation
