What I Need You to Do
Build the complete PowerPoint based on the slide-by-slide content and instructions I provide.
Create clean, professional and visually engaging slide layouts.
Maintain a consistent design and company branding throughout.
Use appropriate icons, maps, diagrams, charts and supporting visuals.
Present information using good visual hierarchy rather than simply copying large amounts of text onto slides.
Create and test simple interactive elements where required, such as:
click-to-reveal information
clickable cards or tabs
scenario-based choices
quiz questions with feedback
reflection activities
navigation buttons
Review and Improve the Learning Experience
Although the main content and slide structure will already be provided, I also expect you to review the completed presentation from the learner's perspective.
If you identify a section that would benefit from an additional activity, interaction, reflection question, scenario, knowledge check or other learning element, I would like you to suggest and create it.
You should therefore use some instructional judgement rather than simply transferring my content into PowerPoint.
However, this is important:
The course is completely self-paced online learning. There will be no trainer or facilitator.
Any activity you create must therefore work for one learner completing the course alone on an online learning platform.
Suitable activities could include:
choosing how to respond to a workplace scenario;
click-to-reveal exercises;
matching or sorting activities where technically practical;
short knowledge checks;
“What would you do?” decisions with immediate feedback;
written personal reflections;
identifying problems or risks in a situation;
preparation checklists;
short application exercises.
Activities should not require:
group discussion;
a classroom trainer;
another participant;
verbal feedback;
someone manually revealing or explaining the correct answer.
For any activity or question, the learner should receive clear instructions and appropriate feedback or a model answer directly within the course.
If you believe the supplied content would work better with a different slide layout, an additional slide, or a small change to the learning sequence, you may recommend this rather than following the structure mechanically. Major changes to the supplied content should be discussed with me first.
