We are looking for an experienced **Adobe Acrobat JavaScript / Interactive PDF Developer** to convert our existing product catalogue into an interactive ordering catalogue.

We are a B2B wholesale company with an existing PDF product catalogue. We would like customers to be able to browse the catalogue, select products they want to order, enter quantities, and have those selections automatically populate an order form at the end of the PDF.

Project Requirements

The finished interactive PDF should allow customers to:

* Browse our existing catalogue without changing the current catalogue design.
* Click an **“Add to Order”** button beside individual products.
* Enter or select an order quantity for each product.
* Automatically add selected products to a master order form/order summary at the end of the catalogue.
* Update the order summary if quantities are changed.
* Remove products from the order if required.
* Automatically calculate line totals and the overall order total.
* Enter customer information such as:

* Company name
* Customer/account number
* Contact name
* Email
* Phone number
* Purchase Order number
* Shipping information or notes where applicable

Order Form

The order form at the end of the catalogue should automatically display selected products and relevant information such as:

* SKU/Product Code
* Product Description
* Quantity Ordered
* Case Pack or Pack Size
* Unit or Case Price
* Line Total
* Overall Order Total

We will provide the required product information, pricing, SKUs, case packs, and catalogue PDF.

CSV / Excel Export

A key part of the project is creating an **“Export Order” or “Create CSV”** button.

When clicked, the customer's completed order should be exported into a clean CSV or Excel-compatible format.

The exported file should contain structured columns such as:

SKU | Description | Quantity | Price | Total

We would ideally like the CSV structure to be customized so that our internal team can easily copy, import, or process the order within our ERP/order-entry system.

Technical Requirements

We are specifically looking for someone with experience in:

* Adobe Acrobat JavaScript
* Acrobat AcroForms
* Interactive PDF forms
* Document-level JavaScript
* Dynamic form calculations
* Product selection / order-form logic
* CSV or data export from PDF forms
* Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader compatibility

Experience with regular website JavaScript alone is not sufficient. Please only apply if you have experience developing interactive functionality inside Adobe PDF documents.

Compatibility

The catalogue should work reliably when opened in **Adobe Acrobat Reader / Adobe Acrobat**.

We understand that some browser-based PDF viewers may restrict JavaScript functionality, so the developer should advise us on any compatibility limitations and the best way to distribute the catalogue to customers.

What We Will Provide

We will provide:

* Final PDF catalogue
* Product SKUs
* Product descriptions
* Prices
* Case packs
* Product ordering information
* Desired CSV column structure
* Example of our current order-entry format

The catalogue design itself is already complete. The main scope of this project is adding the interactive ordering functionality.

Deliverables

We would like the final delivery to include:

* Fully functional interactive PDF catalogue
* “Add to Order” functionality throughout the catalogue
* Quantity controls
* Automatically populated order summary
* Automatic pricing and totals
* Customer information fields
* CSV/Excel-compatible export functionality
* Testing in Adobe Acrobat Reader
* Source/editable Acrobat form and JavaScript setup so that we can update products or pricing in future
* Brief instructions explaining how the interactive features are maintained or updated

When Applying

Please include:

1. Examples of interactive PDFs or Acrobat forms you have previously created.
2. Details of your experience with Adobe Acrobat JavaScript.
3. Whether you have previously built catalogue ordering systems or PDF order forms.
4. Whether you have experience exporting PDF form data to CSV.
5. Your estimated project cost.
6. Any limitations or technical concerns you foresee with this type of project.

We are looking for someone who can build a professional, reliable solution that is simple for our wholesale customers to use.
