My book of property-insurance business has expanded faster than I can personally nurture every policyholder, so I need a representative who can step in and manage those client relationships day-to-day. You will become the primary touchpoint for homeowners, landlords and building owners once their policies are active, keeping satisfaction high and retention strong. Your focus will be client relationship management only—no sales quotas or claims handling—so expect to: • Answer coverage questions promptly by phone, email or chat • Proactively schedule renewal reviews and spotlight potential coverage gaps • Record every interaction inside our cloud-based CRM so I can see real-time status • Escalate complex underwriting or claims matters back to me when they arise Deliverables each week: 1. Process any follow-ups required. 2. CRM notes that are clear enough for any team member to pick up the thread. Success for me looks like clients feeling heard within 24 hours, clean documentation in the system, and renewal retention above 90 %.
