I need a detail-oriented back-office executive who already understands the workflows, terminology, and compliance nuances of the insurance space. Day to day, you will be the bridge between front-office requests and our core systems, keeping data clean, accounts up-to-date, and management reports ready on schedule.
Here’s what the role looks like in practice:
• Data entry & processing – capture policy, claims, and transaction information quickly and accurately in our ERP and cross-check it against source documents.
• Customer account management – update contact details, policy changes, and status flags in the CRM, flagging anomalies and following up until issues are resolved.
• Report generation & analysis – pull raw data from both systems into Excel, build pivot tables, charts, and concise commentary so leadership can act on real-time insights.
You should be fully comfortable navigating Microsoft Excel (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, basic data-cleaning functions) and moving between a modern CRM and ERP without a learning curve. If you have experience streamlining insurance back-office processes or introducing automation macros, that’s a bonus I’m eager to leverage.
Turnaround time is important to me: routine entries must be cleared the same business day, and weekly/monthly reports should arrive ahead of our internal deadlines. Accuracy, confidentiality, and a proactive attitude toward process improvement will be the keys to ongoing work together.
