Instagram & TikTok Traffic Manager

I need someone who can take full control of our Instagram and TikTok presence and turn each post into a genuine source of website traffic. Both platforms are already live but under-utilised; I’m looking for a partner who can shape strategy, produce content, and handle day-to-day execution without constant hand-holding.

Here’s what the role covers:

• Strategy & Scheduling
– Map out a monthly calendar focused on driving clicks, from bio link optimisation to story CTAs.
– Decide the ideal mix of static images and short, attention-grabbing Reels, aligning each piece with trending audio, hashtags, and seasonal topics.

• Content Creation & UGC
– Design branded images (Canva, Photoshop, or similar).
– Shoot, cut, and polish Reels in a vertical, mobile-first format (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or any editor you prefer).
– Source or create authentic user-generated clips that feel native to the feed.

• Publishing & Community
– Post at optimal times, respond to comments quickly, and spark genuine conversation that nudges users toward our site.
– Monitor analytics inside Instagram and TikTok as well as Google Analytics to trace sessions, clicks, and conversions.

• Reporting & Optimisation
– Send a short weekly report noting reach, saves, click-throughs, and the specific content that moved the needle.
– Recommend tweaks—whether that’s a fresh hook, new audio trend, or adjusted posting cadence—and implement them the following week.

Deliverables I expect each week:
1. 3–5 high-quality images ready for feed or story
2. 2–3 Reels fully edited and captioned
3. A concise metrics snapshot with insights and next steps

Acceptance criteria: every published piece must be platform-native in aspect ratio, include a clear website call-to-action, and maintain visual consistency with our brand guidelines.
