Instagram reels macking production team

I have twenty unique sweater styles that need fully-fledged tech packs so my factory can move straight into sampling with zero back-and-forth. Every style sits in the knitted cotton category and will feature digital printing only; no screen prints or embroidery on this run.

For each sweater, the pack must include:
• Detailed flats in Adobe Illustrator (front, back, any key views)
• Construction call-outs with stitch type, seam specs, trims and labeling positions
• Fabric sheet noting exact cotton yarn count, gauge and weight
• Digital print artwork placement map, repeat size and colour breakdown with Pantone references
• Graded measurement table (XS-XXL) + tolerance chart
• Bill of materials and trim listing ready for costing
• Page with washing instructions and care label copy

Files should be supplied in AI and PDF, with measurement tables in an editable spreadsheet. Consistency of layout across the twenty packs is essential so production can compare styles at a glance.

Once the first tech pack is approved, apply the same template to the remaining nineteen styles so we keep everything cohesive. I will provide sketches, print artwork and any extra style notes as soon as we kick off.

Final delivery: twenty complete, print-ready tech packs, neatly organised in a shared folder.
