Secure Web-Based CRM System

I’m looking for a developer who can build a web-based CRM that lets my team manage the full customer life-cycle from a single, secure dashboard. The application must support five roles—Admin, Salesperson, Customer Support, Manager, and Support Staff—with permissions I can fine-tune inside a simple user-management panel.

Core workflow
• A lead enters the system, we add notes, set follow-ups, and move it through stages that I can customize.
• When a deal is ready, we send an authorization or approval link to the customer; once approved, the system must record the exact time and the customer’s IP address for compliance.
• All activity—lead status, sales figures, revenue breakdowns—should surface in clear sales reports and visual dashboards.

Data & security requirements
The CRM will run online, yet every transaction and attached document has to be stored in an encrypted format that can be backed up offline so no customer information is exposed if the server goes down. Please build with secure coding standards, role-based access controls, and audit logs I can export on demand.
