Instagram Event Highlights Video Editing

I need a skilled editor to transform raw footage from our in-house events into polished Instagram pieces that match the professional, clean look you’ll see in the three reference clips I’ve already uploaded. Each edit should feel crisp and contemporary—no flashy gimmicks—while still capturing the energy of the moment.

Brand consistency is essential. Our logo and tagline must appear in every video, worked in subtly but unmistakably. I’ll supply vector files and usage guidelines so you can place them without disrupting the flow.

Typical workflow
• I hand over a folder with primary footage, B-roll and any on-site audio the morning after an event.
• You trim, color-correct, balance audio, add light motion graphics for lower-thirds and transitions, then export for Instagram Feed (1080×1080) and Reels (1080×1920).
• Draft comes back within three days; I give one round of consolidated notes; you deliver finals 24 hours later.

Acceptance criteria
• Clean, jump-free pacing that tells the story in 30-60 seconds.
• Consistent color grade matching the look of the reference videos.
• Logo and tagline visible for at least three seconds and never distorted.
• Final files: H.264 MP4 plus a project file (Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve).
