I want an experienced social-media professional to take full control of my Instagram account with one clear objective: boost engagement. Every decision—from concept to posting—should revolve around sparking more comments, shares, saves, and meaningful conversations.
Video is the core format. Think Reels, short how-tos, behind-the-scenes snippets, or any creative cut that keeps people watching to the end. You’ll handle planning, filming guidance (or light shooting if you have the gear), editing, caption writing, hashtag research, scheduling, and real-time audience interaction. While the focus is Instagram for now, success here could open the door to expanding onto Facebook or Twitter later.
I already have brand guidelines and raw assets ready to go. You’re free to work with tools you prefer—Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, Later, Buffer, or native Instagram features—as long as the output feels on-brand and data driven. Instagram Insights will be our north star for decisions, so you’ll need to track metrics closely and adjust content accordingly.
Deliverables
• A video-first content calendar refreshed monthly
• 3–4 polished video posts per week (Reels or feed) ready for upload
• Weekly engagement check-ins and a concise end-of-month analytics report highlighting what worked and next steps
Acceptance criteria: engagement rate lifted by at least 20 % within the first 90 days, consistent posting cadence met, and community interactions (comments replied to within 24 hours) maintained.
If this sounds like the kind of project you excel at, let’s talk details and timelines.
