Instagram Coaching Content Designer

I run a coaching practice and already map out every tip, story, and talking point for my Instagram. What I need is a creative partner who can take those raw ideas and turn them into polished Reels and feed posts that feel casual, approachable, and fully on-brand for a coach.

Here is how we will work together
• I supply the concept outlines, scripts, footage, and any reference material.
• You handle the full visual treatment—editing Reels (adding captions, transitions, and cover frames), designing static or carousel posts, choosing music, and prepping everything in the correct aspect ratios.
• When a piece is ready, you send back upload-ready files plus the source files (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or whichever tools you prefer).

Acceptance criteria
• Content matches the “coaching tips and advice” theme.
• Visual style remains relaxed and friendly, never corporate or overly flashy.
• Every Reel includes readable captions and a thumbnail that aligns with my feed palette.
• Posts are delivered on or before the agreed schedule so I can handle posting and captions.
