I need a floor plan/design for the 4th floor only of my existing building.

I have attached/provided:

* Photos of the existing building from the road/front side.
* The existing pillar/column positions, including the backside pillars.
* A PDF showing the duct area and its position.
* The existing front-side/road-facing photos for understanding the building orientation and facade.
* Other relevant measurements/details available in the attached documents.

Important structural points

1. Please design only the 4th floor.
2. The East-side wall is already constructed, so this wall/side needs to be treated as fixed.
3. The existing pillar positions are shown in the provided drawings/photos. The pillar/column positions may be adjusted if required for a better floor plan, but please consider structural feasibility before suggesting any major changes.
4. Please pay special attention to the duct area shown in the PDF. The duct should be properly incorporated into the plan and should not be unnecessarily shifted or blocked.
5. On the West/front side, there is a 4.5-ft balcony provision on the right side. Please incorporate this into the design.
6. The main entrance/gate to the house will be from the West side.
7. Please use the existing building dimensions, structural grid and site conditions from the provided information rather than assuming a completely new building.

Required spaces

I want the 4th floor to be planned as a comfortable residential floor with:

* 3–4 bedrooms
* 1 Master Bedroom, preferably with an attached bathroom and wardrobe/dressing space if feasible.
* 2–3 bathrooms depending on the available space.
* Kitchen — either open or closed, whichever works better for the overall layout.
* Living room
* Dining area
* Suitable circulation/foyer
* Balcony/open space wherever practically possible
* Utility/washing area if space permits
* Adequate natural light and ventilation.

Vastu requirements

Please design the floor according to Vastu Shastra, while keeping the plan practical and architecturally functional.

Please consider:

* Correct placement of the main entrance based on the West-facing entrance.
* Master bedroom placement.
* Other bedroom placement.
* Kitchen placement, preferably considering the Southeast/Northwest as appropriate.
* Toilets/bathrooms in suitable Vastu zones.
* Pooja/mandir space if feasible.
* Living/dining placement.
* Staircase/duct/utility considerations.
* Proper placement of windows and ventilation according to the directions.

Most important

I don’t want a plan that follows Vastu blindly at the expense of functionality. First priority should be structural feasibility, space efficiency, ventilation, privacy and comfortable room sizes; then optimize the layout according to Vastu.

Please provide:

1. A proper 2D architectural floor plan with dimensions.
2. Room names and approximate room sizes.
3. Door and window positions.
4. Column/pillar positions.
5. Duct position clearly marked.
6. North direction and all four directions clearly indicated.
7. Balcony dimensions.
8. Furniture placement to demonstrate that the rooms are practically usable.
9. At least 2 layout options if possible — one with 3 bedrooms and one with 4 bedrooms — so I can compare them.
10. Clearly mention any structural changes to the existing columns/walls that would be required.

Please don’t finalize the design based only on assumptions. Study all the provided photos, pillar positions, PDF/duct details and existing building conditions carefully before preparing the plan.
