I’m preparing a presentation whose single aim is to inform the audience, and it must work seamlessly whether I’m standing on a stage or sharing my screen in a virtual meeting. I already have the core content and data; what I’m missing is a well-structured, visually engaging slide deck that guides listeners through the information clearly and keeps their attention from start to finish.
You’ll take my notes, charts, and any supporting material I provide, refine the narrative flow, design a cohesive visual style, and build the slides in PowerPoint or Google Slides—whichever you’re most comfortable with—as long as the final file remains fully editable. Because I need flexibility for both in-person and virtual delivery, transitions, animations, and layout choices should translate smoothly to a live screen share as well as a projector.
Deliverables
• Editable slide deck (PowerPoint . pptx or Google Slides)
• Exported PDF version for quick sharing
• Speaker-note view with concise talking points under each slide
• A separate, print-ready hand-out or one-pager summarising key facts (optional but appreciated)
Once the final deck meets the brief—clean design, logical flow, and easy readability on any screen—I’ll sign off. If you have a flair for infographics or data visualisation, mention that; clear visuals will give the information even more impact.
