Modern Scandinavian Interior Design and Visualization

I am looking for an experienced interior designer / 3D visualizer / architect to develop a complete modern Scandinavian interior design strictly based on the floor plan I will provide.

Project Scope

The project includes:

2 Bedrooms
Living Room
Dining Area
Kitchen
Storeroom

The provided floor plan, dimensions and layout must be followed accurately. Everything must be designed proportionately and according to the actual measurements. No changes to the layout or dimensions should be made without discussing them with me first.

Design Style

I want a high-end modern Scandinavian interior that feels:

Warm
Elegant
Minimal but not empty
Sophisticated
Luxurious
Comfortable
Realistic and lived-in

The palette should mainly use warm white, beige, cream, light grey and natural/light wood, with tasteful accent colours where suitable.

Design & Styling

The complete design should include appropriate:

Furniture and built-ins
Flooring and skirting
Doors and windows
Wall treatments and paint finishes
Wood finishes
Kitchen cabinets and countertops
False ceiling and cove lighting
Decorative and task lighting
Curtains and sheers

All other details required for a professionally completed interior
Textiles & Soft Furnishings — IMPORTANT

I specifically want the interiors to have rich, layered textiles and soft furnishings. Please do not make the rooms look empty or overly minimal.

Cushions and throw pillows
Throws/blankets
Bed linen, duvets and bedding
Bed runners

Textured and subtly patterned fabrics
Natural woven baskets and other textile elements

Different fabric textures, patterns and materials should be used to create warmth, depth and realism. Fabrics should not all look identical or plain.

Accessories & Styling

The spaces should be professionally styled with properly coordinated:

Indoor plants
Vases and ceramics
Books
Artwork
Mirrors
Candles
Sculptural objects
Decorative trays and bowls
Natural wood accessories
Woven baskets
Small decorative objects and plants

Accessories should be thoughtfully placed and coordinated with the overall design, not randomly added.

Lighting

Please create a complete lighting design including, where appropriate:

Cove lighting
Recessed lights
Spotlights
Pendant lights
Wall lights
Bedside lighting
Under-cabinet kitchen lighting
Accent lighting
Ambient and task lighting

The lighting should create a warm, premium Scandinavian atmosphere and work well for both V-Ray and Enscape.

V-Ray + Enscape — Separate Files Required

I require the project to be prepared separately for V-Ray and Enscape.

I need 3 separate SketchUp files:

File 1 – Original SketchUp Model

Complete modelling and interior design
Accurate dimensions and proportions
Furniture, ceiling, walls, etc.
This will be the main/base SketchUp file

File 2 – V-Ray Version

V-Ray-specific materials
V-Ray textures
V-Ray lighting setup
V-Ray settings
Complete photorealistic V-Ray renders

File 3 – Enscape Version

Enscape-specific materials
Enscape textures
Enscape lighting setup
Enscape settings
Complete high-quality Enscape renders

V-Ray and Enscape materials should NOT simply be shared/copied between the two versions. Each version should be properly prepared using the appropriate materials, textures, lighting and settings for that rendering engine.

Final Deliverables
3 separate editable SketchUp files
High-quality V-Ray renders
High-quality Enscape renders
All renders in JPEG, A4 landscape format
Professional camera compositions
Photorealistic materials, textures, lighting, reflections and shadows
Walkthrough animation/video
Final files should be properly organized and editable

I will provide the floor plan and measurements. The freelancer is expected to develop the complete interior design based on the plan while maintaining accurate scale, proportions and dimensions throughout the project.
