My goal is to forge a focused business collaboration with SKUBA CONNECT that will open doors to new industry sectors and significantly extend our market reach. I already have an established product line and an active customer base; what I need now is a partner who can align with SKUBA CONNECT’s ecosystem and jointly develop initiatives that place us in front of untapped verticals.

Scope of work
• Map out the most promising industry sectors for both brands and justify each recommendation with current data.
• Design a step-by-step collaboration framework—covering co-branded campaigns, joint events, channel alliances, and any technology or process integration required to make them work smoothly.
• Produce an execution timeline with milestones, KPIs, and clear ownership on both sides so progress can be measured objectively.
• Supply all creative or technical assets needed for the first launch phase, or specify exact requirements if external production is necessary.

Acceptance criteria
1. A written strategy document (PDF or Google Doc) detailing target sectors, partnership mechanics, and KPI projections.
2. A 90-day action plan with dates, deliverables, and responsible parties.
3. A brief presentation deck (10 slides max) summarizing the opportunity for SKUBA CONNECT’s leadership team.

If you have prior experience engineering cross-brand alliances, especially within niche industries, your insight will be hugely valuable here. I’m keen to move quickly once the strategy is validated, so please outline any initial thoughts on sector selection and your typical timeline for similar projects when you respond.
