Industrial Steel Door Frame Design

I’m planning a series of heavy-duty door frames and need a designer who can develop a fully detailed solution in steel. The look I’m after is unmistakably industrial—think robust profiles, visible fasteners where functional, and a solid, purposeful aesthetic—yet the finish must be clean and corrosion-resistant, so all components should be specified in galvanized steel.

You’ll translate my rough dimensions and usage notes into production-ready drawings and a 3D model. The package should cover profile geometry, material thicknesses, hinge and lock preparation, and any reinforcement plates required for high-traffic areas. If you work in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or a comparable CAD platform that exports DWG/DXF and STEP files, great—those formats integrate smoothly with my fabricator’s workflow.
