I have a clean 2-D floor plan of a retail shop and need it transformed into a dollhouse-style 3-D model that I can use for rental listings.
Just the overall structure: accurate walls, windows, and ceiling heights (no furniture, no décor, no doors).
Think of it as a cut-away view that lets potential tenants immediately grasp the spatial flow without the distraction of styling elements.
Textures can be simple, just enough to differentiate flooring from walls; no need for elaborate materials or lighting rigs.
Deliverable
• Final model supplied as an interactive 3D file (PDF or Autocad)
Note: Before bidding, please CHECK THE ATTACHED ORIGINAL 2-D FLOOR PLAN (JPG) which include height information. The shop consists of 3 non-overlapping levels connected via 2 stairs. If anything in the plan is unclear, flag it early so we can resolve it before you progress too far. I will also provide current photos.
