Graphic Designer Needed – 4 Page Industrial Product Catalogue / Brochure
Project Description
We are an Australian industrial plastics fabrication company looking for a graphic designer to create a professional 4-page product catalogue showcasing 12 of our existing products.
We already have the product information, photographs, branding and an example/concept showing the general direction we want.
This is primarily a graphic design and layout project, not a branding or copywriting project.
The catalogue will contain:
Page 1: Cover / company branding
Page 2: 4 products
Page 3: 4 products
Page 4: 4 products + company contact information
Each product section will generally contain a product photograph, product name/code, short description and approximately 3–4 key features/icons.
The information and product photographs will be taken from our existing product catalogue.
Design Direction
We want a modern, clean industrial/engineering catalogue, similar in presentation to professional manufacturers in the water treatment, plastics, engineering and process equipment industries.
The design should use our existing Pioneer Industrial Plastics branding, with:
Pioneer green
Black / charcoal
White
Strong product photography
Clean typography
Plenty of white space
Consistent product layouts
Professional icons
Modern Australian industrial/manufacturing appearance
We will provide a visual concept showing the layout/style we are aiming for.

Previous similar work is very important.

There may be several small changes while we establish the final layout. We are not looking for someone who charges additional fees for every minor text, image or layout adjustment.
Please state how many revisions are included.

This is a relatively straightforward project because:
We supply the content, product information, photographs, branding and design direction.
We are therefore looking for a cost-effective freelancer, rather than a full-service marketing agency.
Please provide your fixed price for the complete 4-page catalogue.
Competitive pricing will be an important consideration, particularly because there is potential for ongoing work if the first catalogue is successful.
Potential Ongoing Work
This catalogue is intended to establish a new design template for Pioneer Industrial Plastics.
The successful designer may subsequently be engaged to create additional:

Product datasheets
Technical brochures
Capability statements
Installation manuals
Product identification material
Marketing collateral
We would therefore prefer to establish an ongoing relationship with one designer who understands our brand.
Deliverables
Final deliverables must include:
Print-ready high-resolution PDF
Web/email optimised PDF
Fully editable Adobe InDesign source file
Packaged InDesign project including linked images
All created icons/graphics
Fonts identified
CMYK print version
Appropriate bleed and print setup
We must own and receive all editable source files at completion.
