I have an AI-generated floor plan for an industrial facility that needs to be brought up to the standard required by our city’s construction-permit office. The file is clean but basic; before I submit it, I must be confident it meets code and shows the level of clarity an inspector expects.

Here is the scope:

• Apply structural corrections: adjust wall thicknesses, relocate or resize load-bearing elements, and verify that the span and spacing of columns comply with light-industrial guidelines.
• Refine the overall layout so machinery aisles, storage zones, and egress paths follow OSHA and local codes while keeping the existing production flow intact.
• Add detailed annotations—dimensions, materials, section call-outs, legend, and title block with the correct jurisdictional notes.

You are free to work in AutoCAD, Revit, or an equivalent BIM/CAD platform as long as you deliver both an editable file and a permit-ready PDF. The drawing set must pass a preliminary check with the city’s online portal; I will handle the upload, but I need you to address any plan-checker comments that arise from the first review.

Deliverables (all in metric):
• Updated .dwg or .rvt file
• Permit-ready PDF sheet set (A1 size)
• One round of revisions after the first municipal comments

If this sounds straightforward to you and you have recent experience getting industrial projects through permit, I’m ready to start right away.
