Industrial 3D Staircase Visualization

I need a detailed 3D model of an industrial-style staircase that blends raw concrete treads with warm wooden accents. The design must read as modern and functional while keeping the rugged character typical of converted-loft architecture.

Core features to build into the model: integrated handrails that echo the industrial aesthetic (think powder-coated steel, squared profiles) and concealed LED strips under each tread to wash light down the risers. The lighting should be set up so I can toggle it on or off in the native file.

Please work in any mainstream package you’re comfortable with—Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp + V-Ray, or similar—as long as you supply both the native file and an export in FBX or OBJ for broader compatibility.

Deliverables
• Fully textured, lit 3D staircase model (native file + FBX/OBJ)
• Two high-resolution still renders: daylight and night-time lit views
• A brief README noting software version, texture paths, and light settings

Clean topology, PBR-ready materials, and real-world scale (millimetres) are mandatory. When everything is aligned with the visual references I’ll provide after award, the project is done.
