I’m commissioning a white-paper that speaks directly to semiconductor company executives who are weighing their next moves in India. The document must blend rigorous technical analysis with clear business insight and end in a set of concrete, evidence-backed recommendations for strengthening the country’s semiconductor ecosystem.

Core challenge areas to cover

What I expect
• 15–20 pages of original content written in an authoritative yet accessible tone
• Robust primary and secondary research: industry data, government initiatives, capacity benchmarks, cost curves, talent pipeline metrics, supply-chain risk maps and global best practices
• Action-oriented guidance sections for C-level readers, explaining “what to do next” and “how to do it” in India
• Visual aids where they add clarity—tables, process flow diagrams, timelines, SWOT or Porter analyses, etc. (please supply print-ready graphics)
• Proper citations and a short annotated bibliography so leadership teams can validate sources

Acceptance criteria
1. Executive summary (max two pages) highlighting key calls to action
2. Three main chapters, each dedicated to one of the challenge areas above, concluding with a recommendation checklist
3. Final section that integrates the chapters into a phased roadmap for industry players (short, mid and long term)
4. Proofread, fact-checked manuscript delivered in editable Word format plus a high-resolution PDF
